Quiet Catalyst
The guide for introverts wanting to excel in their career, play to their strengths, and never feel compelled to pretend to be something they’re not.
In this book I share ways to find the right balance between using your introvert strengths to their full potential, and finding new ways to enjoy building muscles for the skills that don’t typically come naturally to us.
When you have finished reading the book, I hope that I will have helped you to:
Understand the value of introverts and your unique value
Boost your confidence and energy
Feel equipped and ready to practise new ways of tackling challenging situations
Have the confidence to role model your introvert leadership behaviours for the benefit of others
My goal in writing this book is for introverts to feel heard, valued, and supported in a way that is truly designed for their needs and preferences.

If you identify as an introvert in any way, this book will seem like it was written directly for you! I loved how the author highlights the unique skills and abilities that introverts can bring to the workplace, and provides the reader with super practical tools and techniques to up their game. The author's honesty is impressive, brave and encouraging. Overall this is a highly engaging, practical and accessible book - a must-read for introverts everywhere!

I've always felt out of place in the work place. I'm a considered thinker and like to reflect before leaping into decision making, which has always brought immense value to projects and re-defining processes. However, I am often over looked for not speaking up, or proactively self promoting myself. Feedback is I need to be more present which I have always found ironic. This book has helped me understand myself better and being an introvert is a super power, blessing not a curse. I've bought the book and the kindle and intend to gift the book to my boss who as an extrovert who would benefit greatly from this book.

One of those books you nod your head to from the off, and then find yourself saying 'yes' out loud. I found this book extremely helpful in three ways:
1. understanding why I feel the way I do sometimes
2. normalising that
3. helping me reframe some of the ways I think and behave to help with future scenarios.
Anyone who's felt like there's something wrong with them for feeling the way they do (e.g. wanting to retreat to a hotel room for room service than join everyone for after an all day workshop) should read this.
