Across the sessions, we focus on tackling real challenges, refining your leadership presence, and making decisions and communications with clarity. You’ll leave with practical strategies to lead effectively, boost your impact, and protect your energy. All in a way that suits your natural style

Because I genuinely understand what it’s like to be an introvert in workplaces that reward the loudest voices. I spent two decades figuring out how to succeed in ways that suited my strengths and my energy.
I trained with two of the UK’s leading coaching schools and now bring together professional coaching, lived experience, and a deep understanding of introversion to support others on their career journey.
I care about helping introverts avoid the pitfalls I faced, find confidence in their own voice, and build careers that feel good. I even wrote a book about it!
